Our Commitment to Accessibility

The CRM is committed to providing equal access and reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities in its space and throughout its digital experiences, including websites, social media, and digital documents. CRM’s  goal is the readily achievable integration of individuals with disabilities into its ongoing programs. The organization will continue to plan for improved access to public events, employment, online presence, and facilities, and to increase awareness of access issues and practices among staff, board members, and participants.

We will work to ensure that CRM’s digital assets and content are accessible to all users and CRM is compliant with the web accessibility requirements under Title II of the ADA.

We have taken actions to ensure that people with disabilities will be able to move about safely and easily and make full use of our facilities.

Disabilities that this policy refers to include but are not limited to:

●  Conditions that require the use of wheelchair or other movement support device or mechanism

●  Physical impairments that obstruct everyday activities (e.g. opening doors, walking up the stairs, reading signs etc.)

●  Visual, hearing, speech or mental impediment

●  Conditions that require assistance or constant medical care.

Other conditions are subject to company’s judgement and will be considered individually.

We allow assistive devices, service animals and support persons to be in our company's premises for as long as their services are needed.

CRM seeks to be in compliance with all requirements for the web accessibility rule under Title II of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). CRM seeks to be in conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 conformance level AA for all websites, mobile apps, web content, and documents required under Title II of the ADA.

Should a person need accommodations in our store or for one of our classes, we ask that they reach out 2 weeks prior to allow the CRM time to meet the needed accommodations.
